@Bruhh, welcome to our forum!
You can change the layout of the keyboard in Settings > System > Languages & input > On-screen keyboard > SwiftKey keyboard. Here you can also manage the installed keyboards, if you for example have downloaded one from the Google Play store and to do that, tap on "+ Manage keyboards".
I hope that helps!
@cinthia10, sorry to hear about this.
Your question has been translated to English as this is an International forum.
Is it the same if you download a different keyboard from the Google Play store? Just so we can see if this is caused by the keyboard, or if the touch isn't working properly.
Let me know how it goes!

I've went through all the keyboards and sizes, small through to extra large.
It made no difference, I agree its completely useless.
I've had sony ericssons and Sony all my life, my next phone will probably be a different brand.
I read all the bad reviews before buying and still bought it, stupid or what!

Hi @Vernerbongo2, sorry to hear that.
You can always download another keyboard from the Google Play store if you are not pleased with the pre-installed one, just search for "keyboard" and there should be plenty of applications to choose from!

Funnily enough after reading other posts I have installed the Google G-Pad.
Definitely better than the swiftkeypad but still isn't fully responsive. 🙂

I have heard good things about the Google keyboard as well!
You mention that it's not fully responsive, could you elaborate a bit?

Simply put, the keyboard outer keys 1,0,q,p are still hit and miss with the responsiveness but better than the swiftkeypad.

Hi again @Vernerbongo2!
I understand! Have you tried to do the touch screen test in the service menu of the device to see if there is any unexpected behaviour with the touch screen?
You can access this test if you open up the phone application > type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test.
Feel free to let me know how it went!
