Re: I have problems with my charger

Hi @Abraham3, sorry to hear about your charger. Slightly frowning Face

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Do you know the name of the charger that you are using and is the cable working and it's just the wall mounted charger that is defect?

If the wall mounted charger is defect, you can buy a new one as @Gura24 suggested, or send the one you have in for repairs. On the link below you can see if the Xperia store is available in your country and you can order a charger from there, but they may also be available in local shops in the city where you are situated.

To have the charger sent in for repairs, get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further.

I hope that helps! Slightly smiling Face
