Re: I can not always answer an incoming phone call. The answer button does not appear. What to do

Hi @raw6, let me see if I can be of any help here!

your question has been translated to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

The way to accept a phone call on a Xperia phone varies depending on whether the screen is locked or not.

If the call comes in while the screen is locked, you will see the call on the display with an icon on the bottom of the screen that you can swipe in order to answer or decline the call.

If the screen is not locked you will receive a notification at the top of the display where you can ether tap to answer or tap to decline the call.

I hope this answered your question. Please get back to me if you have any further questions or if I have misinterpreted your question in any way!Slightly smiling Face
