@Oreole1

Which Xperia do you have? Android version? have you reinstalled the update?

Re: Camera and light don't work after last update

Hi @Oreole1, sorry to hear about this! Slightly frowning Face

As @uliwooly mentioned, could you please get back to us with which phone model and Android version that you have? You can find this information in Settings > (System) > About phone.

Depending on the device that you have, there should be a Support menu available in the Settings menu where you can tap on "Xperia tests" in the bottom right corner and do the test for both the torch and the camera. How's the camera and torch working in this test?

Let us know how it goes! Slightly smiling Face

Reinstall the update - this should fix it.

Hi @Posie19!

That can be the solution, but there a few more things that can be done before trying to perform a software repair! Slightly smiling Face

Good tip though, so thank you for that! Slightly smiling Face

Xa1+dual. I've already done full reset several times. The situation is the same.

Could you test your device?

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Oreo

Settings > Support > Tests

Re: Camera and light don't work after last update

Hi again @Oreole1!

In this case, your device will need to be sent in to an authorized service centre so it can be examined by a technician and repaired. Your Local support team will assist you further with this as the service routines and so forth varies between markets and I won't be able to do it from here.

Keep us posted!
