Re: LCD Screen broken - SE support not reacting - What can I do?

Hi,

I am very familiar with USA/Canada policy, they won't be able to assist (I'll grab your email out of their inbox). Colombia may be your best bet, I think.

Still figuring out the Aruba # issue.

I have a friend that bought the X10a unlocked here in US and he had the same problem, he cracked his digitizer, he called SE and they said to email them and for some odd reason the email went to SE at the UK, they forward it to the US and he re-email them and after about a month still no answer from them.

Good luck!  I really hope to hear from you to say that you got the problem resolved!

The Dushi bit of my name isa pet name my wife and I call each other.  She got the word from a friend from Aruba, who used to call her cat or cousin or something by that name.  And it rhymes with sushi, which I adore!

Could it be that Aruba uses 3rd party agents to do servicing?
