Pathetic experience (Do not buy Xperia mini pro)

Hi,

I have been using this phone since last 1 year. First of all, it doesnt even work for a single day with 100% battery.I faced issues with, slider keyboard, speakers and split screen twice till now. Once your slider is damaged, service center people will suggest you not to repair the phone(Yes, it happened) and sell it off, because the problem will re appear in 2-3 months again.

Overall pathetic experience and waste of money.

I'm not sure what country you are in, but there are a few things to consider.

1) Does your local Sony Ericsson office offer replacement options (as opposed to repairs)? You may want to inquire if there is a policy in place.

2) Clearly this isn't an issue with all of these devices, and some things you mentioned can be (but not always are) to to the external environment and not the phone.

It really sounds like your specific Xperia X10 mini pro is suffering. I would continue to press with our local office

Hi,

I am from India. I faced this issue twice in last one year. When i visited service centre, they had more than 50 xperio mini pro facing same issues.

2 of my close friends also bought same model around 6 months back, and they are also facing same issues.
