Hi @ProchurPatta, sorry to hear about this.
Was there any change if you freed up some storage on the internal storage on the device, or do you still get the same error message?
If you have one of the later versions of the Support application, there is inbuilt test there for the fingerprint sensor. If you can't find it in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Fingerprint sensor, update the application in the Google Play store.
This test requires that you have at least one fingerprint registered on the device though.
If it still doesn't work even after making sure that there is enough free storage on the device, try restarting your device in safe mode and see if you are able to add a fingerprint when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

actory reset,Safe mode and software repair done.
Most important things are I have same problem facing tow months ago. So I visit Sony care in kalkata INDIA AND Replace fingerprint sensor or problem solved. But three days ago I faced same problems with fingerprint sensor. Job no. B1W119032900099

I don't have access to services cases, so I can't see what they did to solve this for you, but if you have tried the same troubleshooting again and it still doesn't work, contact the service centre again.
