Hi @Bdjdjd, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same troubles.
Have you tried any of the suggestion that I posted in this thread? If haven't tried any of them I would recommend starting with the touchscreen test in Diagnostics and continue on from there.

I am very thankful for the great information and the recommendation.
In your case it sounds like it's related to hardware and your phone has to be repaired at an authorized service centre.
So I'd recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the phone sent in.
They will also be able to answer any questions that you may have regarding warranty and service routines.

I had the same problem with my Z, started with the status bar and the problem was complicated also to the menu bar, so much that my Z was replaced by an X (In december, I guess)
One month ago, my new X stardted with the same Status Bar problem, Now I'm waiting for the technical service to pick up my phone.

I sent my phone to the Tec Service.
Yesterday, after 10 days they got it back, but the problem persist.
I´ve contacted with Customer Support, and the only solution that they´ve given me has been to get in touch with Tec Service via Web, again.
So, now I´m waiting for Monday to pick up the phone... Again

I'm so sorry to hear that you experience the same behaviour after getting it back from the authorized service centre.
I'm afraid that I can't give you any other advice either since this really do seem related to hardware rather than software.
I hope that everything will work out in the end so you can enjoy your phone!
