Unable to turn on again, even with the On / Off buttons

Hello, my X-Peri X Performance phone, I turn on more.
It is 100% well loaded

I removed the SIM card and the SD card

I tried to press the "Start / Stop and Volume Up" keys simultaneously for 6 seconds, without result, then I tried for 60 seconds, without result, and finally for 120 seconds, still without result.
I think the keys do not work anymore.

It's off, how to turn it back on? GT-

Re: Unable to turn on again, even with the On / Off buttons

Hi @Diabolikva, I'm sorry to hear about that.

First of all, i would recommend you to perform a software repair and see if this makes it work. Remember to create a backup before performing a software repair, instructions in how you do this will you find here

If that does not solve it I would recommend you to contact your local support team for more information about how to send your phone in to an authorized service center.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
