Since I've updated to Android Nougat I trief to connect my phone to the Pokemon Go plus but nothing seems to be working, I'm trying to find answers, but there is anything I can do, so is it a software issue or an issue with the app?

Hi @Weldon1045, welcome to the community.
What exactly is the issue? Is it a problem with the location? If so, does Google Maps work?
You can try resetting the game by going to Settings > Apps > Pokemon Go > Storage > Clear Data.
If you are still having trouble you may wish to contact the games developers.

No, it works with another devices, im is reporting that this device doesn't work with the current OS version with Pokemon Go Plus as others has been reporting the same in own support forums, if someone has the accessory working with his phone, please leave an answer

Yes my Bluetooth is OK, but they don't help so much, they've sent me a troubleshoot that I have done four times, and they didn't say nothing about the issues with Android Nougat, as me, others are requesting help, probably is an issue with the app, but my phone has all the requirements for using the accessory, if someone has the same problem please reply, I'll try to contact Nintendo support instead of Pokemon Support

I am having the same issue since DEC 2017 and I can say that the Pokemon Go plus is working with other mobiles (running the same android) just fine.
Sometimes it is connecting, often after reboot or in some cases not at all...
I am getting more and more pissed, since the issue is present for more than a year now...
I doubt, that it is really a hardware issue - especially after reading that other people are also facing that...
However I will send the phone back and let it check, if something is broken, but Sony please re-work!! With the new android any other bluetooth device needs almost years to connect...
