Hi

Some week ago I got a popup notification with an 'ear' icon asking

'do you allow app to record sound to improve audio?'

I think I answered yes.

But I cannot find what setting I turned ON.

If I goto sound settings I find 4 settings, all OFF.

Anyone idea what setting 'the ear' turns ON?

Can I get the question again?

for documentation. got the answer from support:

settings/sound&notification/accessory/automatic-optimization: ON

(then this function may use for example clearaudio+ (another setting))

Try the following: settings - apps, tap on the 3 dots and reset app preferences. Redo the operations.
