Hi @Juice81, let me see if I can help you out here.
As @reikar is saying, it sounds like you mean that you can't download updates to apps through Play Store via mobile data.
You can change this by following this guide: Go to Play Store > Press the three vertical stripes in the top left > Select "Settings" > Choose "App download preference" > Choose what fits you the best.
