You don't need to go through all of the stuff. Just open up the dialer and paste this.*#*#73556673#*#* it worked for me but it does warn you that your pictures and data will be deleted.

Is there e permanent sulution to shut the retail demo on the Z3 tablet?

I find it very anoying, why did Sony install it in the first place?

I am trying to set up fingerprint recognition, but when I get to the point of entering a PIN a 'lock ' symbol appears.  I am guessing this is because it was a store demo model.  The sales person did type in a code at the time of purchase, and so far all other 'set up' functions have worked. I am also having trouble getting the Xperia Transfer Mobile app downloaded. Any advice, or relevant codes would be appreciated.
