I am trying to set up fingerprint recognition, but when I get to the point of entering a PIN a 'lock ' symbol appears. I am guessing this is because it was a store demo model. The sales person did type in a code at the time of purchase, and so far all other 'set up' functions have worked. I am also having trouble getting the Xperia Transfer Mobile app downloaded. Any advice, or relevant codes would be appreciated.
