I think that one series had been faulty, but in the world. I've found subject in singapour, in uk, in us, in france......

I think Sony knows what they have to do, when Apple have the same screen problem, they do the job and change the screen. When Samsung have the same probleme with GS2, they do the job.

we expect Sony to make a statement about this "Screengate"

Actually, Apple just said "It will disappear after a while" and they never did anything.

Does everybody have this same issue???? holy Sh*t I'm afraid I might have this one too!.. Ive been using my xperia S for almost two weeks now... only issues Ive encountered is the battery life, camera focusing problems and freezing in hd games... If someone does not have this issue please post here! if everyone encountered this problem I should probably sell my phone as early as now!!!!

Another question!.. after using the phone, approximately how long before the yellow tint appears?? I really hope mine is not a defective one.. been using it for two weeks and still hoping that this issue will not appear on my unit.. SONY Failed each and everyone of us in this one... So much for a flagship.. can't believe sony let things like this go out of control...............

The problem of the yellow seems to be hardware problem so firmware upgrade  wouldn't fix it

But the worst is their after service!!! Not allow to exchange for a new one within 7 day and have to wait weeks and weeks because they don't have spare part!!!

And even in forum, on one from Sony is showing any sign of careness to their customer.

For those who want to test out, yet download Amy app that will show battery temperatures and some stress test app. Once the battery go over 30c, the yellow tint start to become obvious and when it hit 40, it just everywhere

i'm not sure whether they fixed it or not. my phone still at the service center. I will be collect it tomorrow. I will update you guys..But i (we) really hope Sony will do the job as soon as they can. I love the phone very much because the display is superb and outstanding compare with others. Hope Sony don't let this yellow thing spoil the beautiful screen..
