I was listening to music on my xperia S when it suddenly blacked out all of a sudden, now it wont turn on , i put it on the charger but theres no response, the phone seems to have diet out, what should i do?

If your talking about the battery then i can assure you that it was 100% when the phone died out, and i just tried connecting it to the companion but theres no phone detected.

follow the steps
Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS
PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to). Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-220.127.116.11.exe
