My microphone failed the diagnostic, my phone cannot hear me speaking AT ALL. Meaning I can't call people either. What do I do?
(For reference worked perfectly just over a week ago, haven't used it since or seriously damaged my phone since)

Hi @GenGaara, I'm sorry to hear about this.
As @YoGem suggested you can also run the test in safe mode. However, if it still doesn't work it is pointing towards this being hardware related. You can also try a software repair using Xperia Companion but if this doesn't help you can contact your Local support for more information on how to proceed with getting your device sent to an authorised service center.

Tried diagnostic again in safe mode, still failed. People can't hear me during calls, voice recordings don't work, google assistant and voice search unresponisve. Nothing works with regards to the mic.

@GenGaara I'm sorry to hear that. In that case, please try a software repair, as suggested in my earlier post, and if this doesn't help you can contact your Local support team to have your device repaired.
