Re: M4 aqua insufficient storage

Hi @Haim

Moving apps to SD has almost no result as apps data is still stored in internal memory. When you move an app to the SD card, Android will only move the apk-file as described here: http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/data/install-location.html.
This is standard for Android and not specific for Sony devices. The path to the obb is for example known by the app so if you were to move it the app may not find it. An SD card is a volatile storage and the data of those app installed in your SD, will also be affected by security.

Shalom. Thanks. I read other post, and already Deleted Data of less necessary applications. It seems that now I may update, at least the WhatsApp Messenger and Viber Updates. Haim

Internal Storage issues

I have a 16 Gb memory card in my phone, but I don't get a choice to install my apps directly onto it, and to top it all off when I try to transfer my downloaded app (any app) it indicates that it succeeded, but the files can only still be found on internal storage and only the obb and data folders were created WITHOUT files. Any idea why and how can I fix this issue?

Re: Internal Storage issues

That's how Android work, you can't install apps directly to the SD card. You can only transfer part of certain apps to the SD card.
