Black screen

I hv Xperia M2 it goes to black screen for 20mins atlist 4x a day,i have upgraded my software but its even worse now.Is there anything manual i can do b4 i send it to repairs???I cnt ecen open it to take the battery out as its sealed...!

Before sending it to repair you can try a software repair. It will re-install Android on the phone and may help, but if it does not work, then your issue is likely physical and you will need to contact your local support team.
