Camera not saving photos correctly

I can take photos with my camera but in the corner where the photo taken shows up, it shows loading bars like it's trying to do something with the photo. When I click there or try to open the photos taken on any of the apps to open photos, it starts loading indefinitely with a black background. Those photos also don't open in the computer. It's like the camera is having difficulties saving the photos correctly.

I've tried restaring the phone, stopping and clearing the data for the Camera app, but nothing seems to have worked so far. Do you have any ideas of what to do?

Re: Camera not saving photos correctly

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Re: Camera not saving photos correctly

Are you saving to internal or external memory? if external then your SD card maybe faulty ie: corrupted
