lost gold status

after the recent [7/5] update of the Xperia Lounge app, I was logged out [presumably because I was logged in with a PSN account, an option with has been removed from the new version], I've logged in with my SonyMobile account [which my z3 compact is registered under] and now the xperia lounge is blue with no option to get it to gold again, 

was the gold/silver tiers removed? if not, how do I get my gold status back?

The upgrade to gold status may take a little while (up to 72h) so if you change the account you log in with you may lose gold status for a little while.

In case you're not upgraded back to gold within 72h, please contact your local support team.

Yes, i can confirm that issue. Yesterday, i switched from xperia z3c to z3 and now blue status. No way to upgrade to gold, even on z3 compact...

Log in with Sony Account.

Ok, but what can WE do? Tried with Google+ and facebook account also, but same problem...

Sony Account was used since first day, even on old z3c its now not longer gold status...

 

In this status i see the same as an user in the app without an account... Slightly frowning Face

Strange, I am still on 4.4.4 with my Z1 (NCB). Maybe @Rickard can take a look after the weekend.
