Xperia lounge

Hello guys, I have a problem with xperia lounge. I haven't gold level, just normal account. Do you know how to upgrade these ? Thanks Screenshot_20180518-011144.png

Hi @Bua;

 

You normally apply for gold level when you buy a Xperia flagship device and log into the account. What device do you have? I think I got the gold level when I bought my old Xperia Z3 Dual.

I have xz2. Phone is brand new, bought with ps4 (preorder). Its my first xperia, before I had Samsung. I tried change language, reinstall, sing out etc. Do you have any idea? Thanks

There isn't much you can do from your side try clearing app cache and data uninstall it (or deactivate it), restart phone and install again. See also if Lounge is activated in Xperia services in Settings >users and accounts >Xperia >Services list. If that doesn't work maybe it's better you contact Sony Xperia local support team to see if they can help.
