Xperia Lounge

Hi, I’ve just gotten a Sony Xperia 10, but the lounge app has themes and messages greyed out, I can’t acces them. I’ve emailed Sony support, they could’nt help. Am I being really dumb or is there actually something wrong?  I haven’t had an Xperia in about 10 years

Xperia Lounge is decommissioned by the end of August 2019. For product information, please visit your local Xperia by Sony website.
