Local team don't know what is wrong. Do you think if I were to do a complete factory re-set, this problem will go away? Is there any other solution? Surely Sony Engineers should be able to figure out why I am getting this error?

International team or local team both just not sure what happen.....
It is good on my Z3 but failed miserably on M5 Dual.... Just a simple error message and no one can solve it in Sony?

I'm very sorry to hear that.
If there's an issue with offers or promotions in your market and your local support team are not aware of the issue they need to take your details, create a case for you and forward this case internally.
