Re: SIM card

@Corinne7

I used Google Translate to find the meaning of your message. Kindly post your future questions/feedbacks in English so we can assist you, this is an English based forum.

Are you sure that you have the correct size of SIM card? Xperia L1 will only accept nano-SIM cards. You can assemble the nano-SIM card into your L1 as shown:

Re: SIM card

Translation via Google Translate:

Yes, I have the good sim card but in my new phone, there is a white tab at the PLACE of the two cards I do not d remove it. Is this just a protection that one has to draw.
I am writing in French I do not know how to write in English

Re: SIM card

You can use Google Translate as I'm doing to translate your phrases to English.

In most Xperia phones, there's a small white card above SIM tray that has the IMEI number of your phone. Normally, if you drag out the SIM tray using your fingernail, you'll not drag that white card with it. Is that what you're seeing?

Re: SIM card

Translation via Google Translate:

When opening the tray there is then inside the location of the two cards a white plastic

Quand on ouvre le bac il y a ensuite à la intérieur de la emplacement des deux cartes un plastique blanc

Re: SIM card

I think you just need to pull those out and insert SIM card on the SIM tray.
