In general, no data can be restored/recovered if you don't have a backup of this specific data.
Do you know if you have set up the device to automatically backup data? If you aren't sure, go to Settings > Backup & restore > Xperia Backup & restore > Restore data. Here it will show if you have any backup that you can restore.
If there is no restore available and you need to get a hold of the number that called you, try getting in touch with your operator and they may be able to get you a list of incoming calls with numbers to your device.
