I'm afraid I have to agree with Cyber. After one and a half year with a Sony Xperia L, I can say that the hardware is good but the software support, custumer support ... is simply absent. difficult to understand how can a company such as Sony can ignore users so blatently in 2015. Very soon I'm moving to another brand.
They do not even release updates to correct serious bugs such as the one where the bluetooth of Xperia L bluetooth does not release calls freezing the on board computers in cars, a bug that is quite dangerous to experience when we are driving and the only option we face is to grab the phone, dial another number, and end that call to freeze the system, which one cannot do when driving. Stopping the car for example in a highways to do that is dangerous and not permited.
