Yeah I'm sure it will be compatible to OpenGL ES 3.0. Even Xperia M is compatible then why not Xperia L.And I have seen some where Xperia L with 4.4 mod got very good scores in Antutu benchmark.

its funny that about android's up to date
android 4.3 for xperia m = yes
android 4.3 for xperia l = no
xperia l is more sophisticated than xperia m in the hardware but latter than in the software
Please consider Sony now

Yes it does. Hardware does to be exact.
Not sure about drivers from SoC maker.
If Quallcomm does not release Adreno 305 drivers for this SoC then i am afraid there's not much even a Sony can do about it.
If they do have drivers released then - well then it's all on Sony.
I don't know Sony's exact plans on this model, but it seems they dumped it.
Phone has been in market for 14 months now (was released in May 2013) and last official upgrade was in January - less than a year after phone was released.
I already mentioned that i suspect that phone has some hardware design flaw which just can't be fixed via software alone.

If all of the Xperia L users sign this, we might have a chance...
Don't give up!
