Re: My Sony C5 Ultra Dual

@Alphaace do something, turn it off and remove SD card (if any) and SIM card. Restart your phone, did it reboot correctly? If yes start adding the sim card. The phone should restart automatically, is it working properly now?

Re: My Sony C5 Ultra Dual

Thank you for your reply. I removed my sim card then insert it again again again many times, but it still in the same status, didn't work. I did all of the things I can do.

Re: My Sony C5 Ultra Dual

@Alphaace ok so, if your phone arrive at the screen with the "waves" (blue).. try to connect your phone to your computer, and try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Like wrote YoGem, repair must help, if repair did not helped probably problem is with motherboard, boot loading. About boot problems you can read here (this is 3rd parties information, so keep in mind that Sony is not responsible for its contents), also you can contact with local support or/and bring it to athorized service in yours country for detail review Slightly smiling Face

Boot problems as i know coming when device is modified, so is yours smartphone rooted or somehow programmatically modified? Slightly smiling Face
