Green dots on the homescreen after restart

My Xperia c5 ultra turned off and at the time of turning it on, the Sony appears well and the welcome to Telcel, but by the time my background comes out a completely black part and sometimes even with green dots I want to imagine that it is a virus or I do not know why that happens to him and what could I do

Re: Green dots on the homescreen after restart

Hi @Alejandra9, sorry to hear about this. Slightly frowning Face

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Is the black part with the sometimes, green dots always there and you can't use the device at all, or is just the wallpaper that is temporarily shown as this? If you are able to boot the device up just fine and open it up with the PIN code(s), try restarting it in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

Let me know how it goes and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question.
