Re: Horrible Bluetooth LDAC audio signal

Yes I want to report the same problem...

I too have an Experia XZ and have exactly the same LDAC dropout problems, regardless of whether I am transmitting to my 1000x headphones or my EX750BT headphones (Both LDAC enabled).

I agree this is a firmware issue in the phone...come on Sony acknowledge this and fix it!

Re: Horrible Bluetooth LDAC audio signal

Really? No solution or updates?

Just as an update: The issue is present wit the MDR XB80BS as well. They cut out constantly while on Priority Connection or Quality. Considering they're sports headphones, it makes them impossible to use. Either when I'm running or biking, I can't listen to anything, they're basically useless.

As of now I went back to using wired headphones until Sony decides to fix their horrible bluetooth audio connectivity issue.

Again, the issue is NOT present on an iPhone 7 with both 1000X or XB80BS, and is also not present on an Xperia Z5. This is clearly an XZ issue, hopefully software, because if not, I'm returning it.

Disabling the GPS seems to cut down a bit on the cutouts (20% improvement I'd say).

Re: Horrible Bluetooth LDAC audio signal

Good for you. This IS the sony mobile support forum, so how about you start your own thread when you experience a problem? This is a support ticked thread, not a discussion one. Thanks

Re: Horrible Bluetooth LDAC audio signal

Who told you this? This is a support as well as discussion forum.. And there is nothing wrong in sharing if anyone is having this problem or not ... I just bought mdr1000x a couple of weeks ago so thought of sharing..

Perhaps you need to work on your manners ....n learn to appreciate input of other users rather thn acting like a dumb a**
