Cellular Data Usage crashing

Hello, 

 

I am using a vanilla UK unlocked Xperia XZ. Android v7.1.1.

 

The settings app always crashes whenever I try and access/track my data usage (over cellular). 

 

 

Can anyone help at all?

Hi @guinnsquirrelUK, sorry to hear about this and I apologize for the late reply to your post.

Is this something that you have started to experience lately, for example after updating your device or installing a new application?

I would recommend that you start with resetting the Settings application in your phone and see if you then are able to access this menu in your phone. You can do so if you go to Settings > Apps > three dots > Show system > Settings > Storage > Clear data > OK.

If there is no change, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and try accessing this menu when downloaded applications are temporarily disabled.
