SBH80 terrible sound quality with laptop; iphone is great

My SBH80 sounds great with my iPhone, but when connected to my Dell laptop, music stutters/skips in and out to the point that I cannot listen. It also seems to cause a lag in playback with videos, etc. It seems to be tied to memory/CPU usage. This does not occur when using wired headphones on the laptop. Not sure what could be causing this. I have tried switching out my wireless keyboard + mouse for wired versions --- that didn't work. I've updated all the drivers.

DELL Precision M2800 8GB 64-bit CPU 2.7GHz using Windows 10 Pro

Thanks!

Re: SBH80 terrible sound quality with laptop; iphone is great

SBH80 was designed with smartphone in mind,. connecting it to the laptop might have incompatibility issues such as the bluetooth protocols not supported, check the bluetooth profiles of your laptop and compare it against the accessory
