Headset cable

Phone can not feel headset cable.  It was ok before

Hi @mmmc4, sorry to hear about this.

 

Do you receive any kind of error message when you try to connect your headphones and have you been able to test different pairs of headphones in order to see if the lack of connectivity persists?

 

Also, it would be great if you could provide some information on which model of Xperia you have and which version of Android you are running. To find this information, find and tap Settings > System/about phone.

 

Another thing you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if there is a downloaded app that is causing this. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
