No Updates

Hello, i have the problem that this app does not update any of my sony apps.
As a test i deactivated the sony camera app an directly activated it again.
Did the same with the whatsnew app short time before.

Now neither an update for camera nor for whats new app is shown. Do you have any suggestions to me to solve this issue?

Have you unlocked the bootloader? 

If you open the play store > my apps > what do you see?

I have not unlocked the bootloader and even did not try to do so because of the DRM keys.

In playstore I see all my installed apps??
What else should I see there?
What has the Whats New App with the Playstore in common? Could you explain it to me?

Do you see any available update?

I did some updates today. They worked with no problems.

You could contact Sony Local support but most likely you have to wait, how long? I don't know but you will get the updates.

I got them before I deactivated the stock camera app to test a third party app (google camera and geak). After I uninstalled these apps I reactivated the sony camera and after that no update to camera 2.0 anymore...very curious...

Ahh: contacted sony support three to four days before. Until now I got no answer.
Nice support site with till now NO support.

Did you called them?

I mailed them to have it written down. But next week i will call them. Then I have time to do this in my holidays.
