Same problem here and i am tired of waiting for sony to even acknowledge the problem!!!!
I cant believe they didnt check 4.3 version before releasing it. This is a major issue for us who have paid for a smartwatch that now is useless!!

I've signed up here for one reason, and one reason only - to add my voice to the calls for Sony to sort out this issue!
My SW2 was working just fine before I updated my Xperia z to 4.3. Now it is just a useless lump of silicone, metal and glass. A useless bangle.
Please, will someone at Sony acknowledge this issue and provide a solution

Just letting you know I've now sent 2 emails to sony, and not had any response at all. can poeple please email their local sony support email address. The more poeple report to sony, the quicker they can acutally get on to fixing the issue.. I was told by the sony support guys, that they don't even read or monitor this thread.

And i too believe that there isnt ANY official sony member on this support forum. How is that possible on an official support forum i dont know..

I sent Sony an email on 02.01.14 and still havn't received a reponse at all, not even to say someone has seen the email....
I've also posted on Sony's Facebook Page, I guess others can do the same as well. https://www.facebook.com/sonymobile
