Hello... Before this.. My xperia x was at android oreo. Then i had problem.. So i had my phone repaired and format it.. After that, until now.. I still did not get automatic update and im stuck at android marshmallow.. Someone please help me with this..

Do visit XDA, if there are any quirks in flashing, I know I had to rename a file for flashing different fw version on Oreo.
These fws probably have .fsc included :
If not, this one has it for sure :

How was your phone formatted? Did you use Xperia Companion to perform a software repair or did you use a 3rd party software to flash a firmware? Did you unlock your bootloader at any point?

Yup.. I use the xperia companion to repair the software.. But then, this problemm appeared.. Not even a single update even nougat

Dial the code *#*#7378423#*#* the tap on "Software info", then find your "customization version" and reply it to me please.

The customization version belongs to "Service Exchange Unit" which will receive limited updates. This hints to a refurbished device mostly. Did you buy the phone as new?

Yes i bought this phone as new.. I dont have this kind of problem before repair the phone... And what im gonna do? Is there any solution about this? Or taking the phone to the Sony center?

You can flash another firmware using software called Flashtool, it's a bit advanced process but you can easily find detailed guides online on how to do it.

I already download and install the flashtool.. But it seems ther is no option for xperia x than i can choose.. I've seen the video online and it seems that the tutorials are for other xperia.. I already download the ftf file and i do not know how to use the flashtool app to flash the firmware
