I am currently running android 8 and waited patiently for my android 9 update, which I have not received to date. Strangely my wife who also has an xz premium but a different provider got here's long ago. Where and when do I get my version???? This is getting weird.

When the Xperia Xz will get Android pie(9)? All the devices of other companys are updated and get the latest version. It's about 1 year Xz isn't delivered any update.
