my z3 was broken so i contacted place where i bought it, and send to repair.
They fixed what was broken and reinstalled software to newest.
After i turn on phone i see that i have old android, so i checked in options and it stands 4.4.4 from 2014 year, and when i try to update i get message that my software is up to date.
so i cheked by IMEI on sony webside and on webside stands 23.5.A.1.291, but phone shows 23.0.1.A.5.77 compilation
so... any ideas how to fix ? beause i dont want to send phone to this service again

Sorry to hear about this
What @uliwooly has said is correct, in this case, you are most definitely best to contact Customer Care, they should be able to shed some light on the situation and hopefully provide the best outcome for this case.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Can anyone inform me why my Z4 tablet is still Android 5.0.2, no update asked.
Any way to get 6.0 or 7.0?

With the talk about the up coming Android 7 I'm left wondering what has gone wrong with my UK Xperia Z5 E6603 which seems stuck on Android 5.1.1 (FW: 32.0.A.6.152). Purchased from Amazon in Oct 2016 I was expecting it to be upgraded to Android 6 by now given Sony Mobile press statements. I know different variants get upgraded at different times but with the talk of Android 7 rolling out I'm now concerned my phone or it's variant are being overlooked in the update cycle. Hence I'm a little disappointed and will not be considering Xperia phones in the future if I miss out on Andorid 6 or 7.
Anyone else expereincing the same or know how to move the update process forward?
