Fully charged and no boot

Hi, 

 

I have my smarwatch 3 since last christmas and the battery lifetime decrease very quickly

Now, the watch states that it fully charged (a whole night charge and 100% on charge screen) and I can't even boot it without having the watch plugged in during about 15 min 

 

I didn't find any procedure or form to request a return merchandise approval. I've sent an email without any reply.

Can somebody point me the warranty procedure for the Smartwatch 3 ? Or tell me How to register the product in my account ?

Hello, you can try with an other charge cable .

You can try to reboot with the cable connected or not connected.

I have the same problem when the smartwatch is completly discharged.
