i found the cure.
i've been notice the ink become readable when in a cold room, that why i put it in refrigerator, after 30-60 minute. its back like a new one. more bright and readable i think.

Same here, after 1 year the display become unreadable. Is it the weakness of e-ink? Low lifetime?

I had the same problem with an old smartwatch I had, found this solution and it works. Just one minute in the refrigerator solved the problem. I guess with more time it becomes darker... But just one minute was enough to get it back to life. Thanks!
