Frozen

Hello. I have got a serious problem. My SWR 30 froze at night and it shows the time when it "died". Next day it was plugged into wall charger and nothing. It didn't respond. Is there any chance turning it alive?

Try this: turn it off completely (if possible), then press all 3 together at once (power button, volume up and down) to reset the band.

Hello I have had a similar problem and I am presently on my 3rd smartband talk which has frozen again. Please need assistance with a solution.

The reset is not working and they are not responding to power as I have tried multiple. CHargers and cables.

Please need solutions.
