device SWR10 not connecting and wrong data loging

my device swr10 is not connecting on lolipop.

If connected

logging wrong data when I am walking it is logging cycling.

when i am sitting at one place it is logging transportation ,

sleep not recording properly showing something else.
all activities gone messed up

Reset SWR10 by first turning it off then pressing the power button until you see a small light flashing.

after disconnection of device, reinstallation  of app ,

it is same work for one time and again it start wrong data and most of time disconnection
