Swr10 disconnecting

My swr10 watch keeps disconnecting from my phone when my phone is in my pocket. I followed the instructions on the forum, my phone is fully charged, my swr10 is fully charged, and it's within limit. I restarted my phone and it worked for a few days but it's back at it again. It's also not alerting me when I get texts, yes I have the section turned on for text, I get call vibrates and distance vibrate but no text alerts. I just bought this band 6 days ago, everything is up to date so idk I'd it's just the update or if there are extra steps I can take to fix the issues. Any suggestion helps and I thank you in advance for the suggestions!

Have you installed SmartConnect and the SmartBand app? Any clean master or battery app/setting on your device?

Yes both apps are installed, I have the clean master and CM security app installed. i relized the band disconnects when my bluetooth or moblie data turns off so thats no issue. But the issue regarding not sending me text alerts is still present. I tried turning the option off then on, turned the option off and restarted my phone then turned it back on and it still doesn't send me text vibrate alerts, its not the end of the world just i bought it just for that simple reason so i kinda want it to work.

EVERYTHING WORKS BUT THE TEXT ALERT. Everything is up to date, everthing is installed, everyting is connected together. everything works like its suppose to but the text alert. so that means all apps are connected. all i was wondering was this just a upfate flaw or just a band cheap band.

What if you use a different messaging app instead, perhaps google messenger and disable the other messaging app and report back.
