Sony Smart Watch 2

Not been able to connect the watch & Samsung A7 phone through Smart Connect.

After instaling smart connect the link of the application required a download which is not available in google play store.

Not been able to use the watch, Sony Smart Watch 2.

Hi @Krishnendu, welcome to our forum!

Since the Smartwatch 2 has reached it's end of support, the application is no longer available in the Google Play store, but instead directly on our website.

https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/smartwatch2sw2/supportDocumentation/

Under the category "Android apps" you can find the APK file for the Smartwatch 2 and also some extensions.

I'm not quite sure how it looks in a Samsung device when giving permission for APK files to be installed, but there may just be a pop-up message where you need to accept.

After installing supporting softwares in samsung A50 phone software version is 9 pia os and smart watch2 not synchronizes with phone

Am just using my watch for to see time only..

Install supporting software but not synchronizes with watches but watch connected with phone.

Default appliactions only there

Install application are not found in watch

 

My phone is samsung A50

Saoftware version is Android pia 9 os

Are you looking for the other extensions for the Smartwatch 2? There are some available on our website, but since the product is end of support, I can't really assist you with any support for it.

https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/smartwatch2sw2/supportDocumentation/ > tap on "Android apps".

You can also try resetting the watch if you haven't done that.
