Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm sorry to hear that.

There is no system that can be used for tracking the Smartband device.

Other than, it will connect to your phone if you're in the Bluetooth radius.

I unconsously drop my smartband, unfortunately I was disapointed when smartband-talk came out because of the same lock.I wish sony made it more secure lock for active users.. I dont like to invest a gadget that can easily be dettached when youre working out.

Yeah I've just lost mine too. The strap is a bad design. It's far too easy for the end of the strap to be lifted a bit and then pop off the studs. ££££ down the drain. Not best pleased

Lost mine too, in London I think on the underground.

If you use the 'lifelog' app you can find out at least where you definately had it up to, at the point it last synched with your phone.

How can you find the last sync time in the Lifelong app? I don't see the option.

My strap just fell off somewhere, too.

Re: Smartband lost, there is a tracker ?

I lost my Smartband multiple times, twice I couldn't find it again. So I'm on my third Smartband. The design of the lock makes it very easy to loose. This is a very common complaint. But when I contacted Sony Xperia Care they said it wasn't a common problem.

So that's it.

What do you mean?

There are no options on how  to close the strap?
