Smartband 2 troubleshooting

I have received today my SWR12. After connecting with my Samsung Galaxy note 9 there were 3 Updates to install. I have run the Update, but after the first one the device got disconnected and the green light started to flash.


In manual is stated, that this means, that the device is beying updated. But it flashes for hours now.


I tried to reconnect the device, via Bluetooth and via NFC, but unsuccesfull. In the Bluetooth menu of the phone the device is found, but not responding. I also tried to delete Bluetooth pairing and pair again, but the device will not pair. In Windows I can connect to it via Bluetooth, but no driver is available.


When I press the button on the device, it flashes green and after a while stops. When I try to turn it off, it vibrates, but won't turn off. It keeps flashing green. I also tried to delete the data of Smartband 2 Android app, but it doesn't help to connect to the device.
