I have the same problem. A workaround is to deinstall and reinstall the ios app. All user data should be deleted. It works the next 30-40 days.

Same problem here - iPhone 5S, iOS 9.2, latest version of the app. Health app shows the data but heart rate graph keeps spinning.
Can't say when it started, I think before Christmas but not right after the iOS update.
Deleting and reinstalling the smartband 2 app did not help.
From what I see in the app store reviews, this issue seems quite common...

Same issue after iOS update.
iPhone 6S, iOS 9.2, latest firmware and app version. Health app shows data, but heart rate graph is not visible.

We are investigating this but have not been able to reproduce it.
Would it be possible for any of you who are experiencing this to export your health data from the iOS Health app, upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox or similar service and send me a link to the data in a PM so that I can forward the data internally for further examination?
To export your health data in the Health app...
1. Choose Health data from the bottom menu, then tap on "All".
2. Tap the sharing icon in the upper right corner, then tap on "Export".
3. Once the export is done you will have to send it to yourself via the native iOS Email or Messages apps.
Once you've sent the data to yourself, save it and upload it to a cloud service that allows you to send a link to the uploaded files. Send me the link in a PM and I will forward it internally.
