Have had the same issue with my smartband 2 for a couple of months now, today I deleted the Puls historical data from the Iphone Health app, and now it works fine again :-)

Same problem described by all others. SWR12 with Iphone 6 and Ios 9.02. Doesn't show the heart graph since december and this sunday I'll be operated (of course at the heart) for the third time.

I actually got the issue last Monday but reset data in the Apple Health app to get it working again, and it did until today. I have the exact same issue that everyone is describing. I did notice one thing however. I let the pulse graph sit for a while and after a few minutes it said I had to enable permissions in Health even though everything was allowed.
This did admittly only happen once and I couldn't recreate it but I thought it worth mentioning none the less.
Any update on the Sony side with the issue?

Lastest firmware on smartband 2
I tried to remove and enable again access to Health application but no change.
Impossible to see graph day/week/month in horizontal or vertical view.
Stats are available in Health application.
