My Smart Band SWR10 Denied from warranty

Hello, I own a Xperia Z3 for almost a year and a half now and additionally bought a SWR10(11months ago) with it .I got this Swr10 froma authorised reseller with VAT paid bill. since a month the smart band wasn't funtioning as expected and I took it to sony care .At the service centre they said the purchase i made wasn't available in thier system and warranty cannot be provided.
