Sony PC Companion does not work

I try to repair my phone with Sony PC Companions Support Zone. When I try to run it I get an error message:
"Try agenow from an other computer, which runs Winds 8.1, Windows 7 or an older version of the operaton system."
I use Windows 8 Pro. Any idea?

Re: Sony PC Companion does not work

Just use PC Companion, make sure in compatible mode win7.

Go Support zone > On Phone/Tablet Software Update Click "Start"

Click repair my phone/tablet > select the phone model(If the phone is not listed, select "Another phone/tabet" and next.

Follow the instruction on screen for software repair, works like SUS even if the phone is off.
